The already existing Hahnenkamm Trail was optimized by Mountain Bike Movement in 2022 through maintenance interventions. A reconstruction of the demanding trail was carried out by flexible and fast action in the summer of 2022. Within 10 days, our team was able to carry out a reconstruction of the most important parts of the trail. The focus was especially on easing the curves, by removing debris, as well as the removal of breaking waves. The rapid work was manly possible due to the special technical know-how and knowledge of the terrain and ground conditions, as well as the excellent planning of the trail. The new skill park in Kitzbühel is located in the finish area of the Hahnenkamm Trail. Four different lines have been created, primarily for children, with the aim of developing the right feel for biking. Developed together with the local bike school and characterized by drops, waves, berms and uphills, in fact optimal for Learning by Doing.
