Management assistant (m/f/d) · 10 h / week

To steer our projects, events and strategic development even better, we are looking for committed support in management, effective immediately. The position is a marginal (part-time) role and can be done 100% from home. Optionally, you accompany our team at meetings, events and on trips.

Your tasks

  • Supporting management in day-to-day operations
  • Organising and coordinating appointments, meetings and travel
  • Communicating with partners, clients and institutions (associations, sponsors, service providers)
  • Preparing presentations, documents and quotes
  • Taking minutes, following up on tasks and reporting
  • Supporting project organisation and documentation as well as general administrative tasks

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or relevant professional experience an advantage
  • Structured, independent and reliable way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Confident use of common office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace)
  • Strong communication, organisational talent and a hands-on mentality
  • Enthusiasm for sport & outdoors (ideally cycling) an advantage

Speculative application

Trail builder (m/f/d)

We are not always actively hiring, but we always welcome speculative applications. In this role you are responsible for building, maintaining and developing mountain bike trails and pumptracks in Austria, Germany, Italy and around the world.

Tasks

  • Planning and building new mountain bike trails and pumptracks
  • Maintaining and repairing existing trails and pumptracks
  • Working together with our team and our clients
  • Carrying out inspections and safety checks
  • Excavator and construction machinery work

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn, team spirit and willingness to travel
  • Flexibility regarding working hours (including weekends)
  • Ability to work with various building materials and tools
  • Independent, proactive way of working
